Privacy Notice
We keep only what the agenda needs to work, we use it only to run it, and what your shop writes in is yours.
In effect from 10 October 2026.
What we keep
Your account: your name, your e-mail address and your password, kept only as a digest. Your shop: its name, phone, address, hours, services and team.
What you write in the agenda: your clients' names and phones, their turnos and your notes. A few technical records — where a request came from and when — kept briefly to protect the service.
Whose it is
Your shop's records are yours. We keep them on your behalf and use them only to run Corte y Barba for you.
What we use it for
To show you your agenda, to send the e-mails your account needs (confirming your address, resetting a password, a receipt) and to bill a barbershop's plan.
Who else sees it
PayPal, when a barbershop pays: you enter your card or account with PayPal, never with us. Nobody else: no advertising, no data sold, no trackers from other companies.
Cookies
A cookie keeps you signed in, and others remember your language and your light or dark choice. Nothing is used for advertising.
How long
As long as your account is open. When you close it, everything is erased after the waiting period; only the receipts the law requires are kept, without your shop's records.
Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored as digests nobody can read back, and you can add a second factor to your account.
Your questions and requests
To see, correct, download or erase what we keep, use your account or write to hola@corteybarba.com.
