Terms of Service
Corte y Barba is software for barbers and barbershops to keep their day: the agenda, the services and the team. These terms say what you can expect from it and what it expects from you.

What Corte y Barba is
Corte y Barba is a tool. It keeps a barbershop's agenda, its services and prices, its team and its week. The shop runs its business; the agenda is the shop's own record of it.
It is not a booking marketplace and does not bring clients by itself.
Your account
You sign up with your e-mail address and a password that you keep to yourself, and you may add a second factor. Each person has their own account.
An account for a barber working alone is free and stays free. A barbershop with a team chooses one of the plans.
Your records
What you write in — turnos, services, your clients' names and phones, notes — belongs to your shop. You can download all of it at any time from your account, on any plan.
You may close the account whenever you like. After the waiting period your account shows, everything is erased.
Plans and payment
A barbershop's plan is a monthly subscription charged through PayPal. The price and what it includes are shown before you pay.
You can cancel in one step from your account: the plan runs to the end of the month already paid, and then the shop works on the free plan with every record kept. If we charge you by mistake, we refund it.
Fair use
Use Corte y Barba for your own shop's work. Do not use it to send messages your clients did not ask for, to store anything unlawful, or to reach other shops' records.
We may suspend an account that does, and we tell you why.
The service
We work to keep Corte y Barba running and your records safe, and we tell you before a change that affects how you use it. The software is offered as it is; we are not responsible for business lost while it is unavailable.
